What do I do when staff leave the University or trasfer to another department?

When staff leave the University, the eToken must be unassigned from the eToken management application. It should be retrieved and held for re-use. For staff who transfer within the University, it is optional to retrieve the eToken since it can be used in the person’s next assignment. It is a t the department’s discretion to retrieve the eToken – if it is retrieved, it must be unassigned from the eToken management application.
