Participation in the survey will be invaluable in enhancing IT service quality at the University of Toronto. We seek to deliver competent service resulting in successful outcomes to all our clients across campuses.
The survey is an opportunity for participants to review Information Technology Services at UofT and provide opinions on what is working well and how service delivery can be improved.
All Students Who Complete the Survey Have a Chance to Win Big Prizes!!
During this survey, participants will be presented with a series of statements describing technology services at University of Toronto. For each statement you are asked to rate three factors based on a rating scale of 1 to 9, with 1 being the lowest rating and 9 being the highest rating.
These three factors are:
Minimum Service Level Expectation: The number that represents the minimum level of service that you find acceptable. If you have lower expectations for this service, your rating would typically be closer to the lower end of the rating scale. If you have higher expectations, your rating would typically be closer to the higher end of the rating scale.
Desired Service Level Expectation: The number that represents the level of service that you personally want. This rating should be higher than the rating for your minimum service level expectation.
Perceived Service Performance: The number that represents the level of service that you believe is typically provided at the University of Toronto. This rating is typically considered within the context of the minimum and desired ratings that you previously selected and falls between the minimum and desired service level ratings. However, if you feel that the actual performance is below your minimum service expectations your rating should be equal to or below your minimum service level rating. If you feel that the actual performance exceeds your desired service expectations your rating should be equal to or greater than your desired service level rating.
